Hand the project to the buyer and let them explore it themselves.
Plexus Digitals used ARTEviz and ARTEvr to turn Eldeco Trinity into an interactive experience that buyers explore themselves, in the sales office or from home.

Eldeco Trinity
The objective
What the client set out to do
Eldeco wanted buyers to explore Trinity's apartments and amenities freely and in detail, whether they were in the sales office or at home. The goal was to replace passive viewing with active exploration, so that every buyer could see exactly what they were buying. The client set out to:
- Let buyers move through apartments and amenities at their own pace
- Give the sales team a flexible tool to show any space on demand
- Engage buyers who explore remotely as effectively as those who visit
- Shorten the time from first enquiry to a confident buying decision
The problem
What they were up against
Pausing videos to explain — to show a specific apartment or amenity, the team had to pause and scrub through render videos, which frustrated both the buyer and the salesperson.
A fixed, one-way story — videos followed a set path, so buyers could not look at what interested them or return to a space for a closer look.
Weak remote engagement — buyers exploring from home received only a brochure and a video, which did little to hold their attention or answer their questions.
Slow decisions — with no way to explore freely, buyers needed repeated visits and conversations before they felt confident.
In a competitive luxury market, this passive way of selling did not do justice to the project.
The solution
Two platforms, one 3D model
We created a complete interactive architectural visualisation of Eldeco Trinity and delivered it through two complementary platforms: ARTEviz and ARTEvr.
Instead of watching a video, buyers now take control. They choose where to go, what to look at and how long to stay, with the sales team guiding the conversation.
ARTEviz
- Experience
- Interactive, photorealistic 3D walkthrough
- Runs on
- PC, touch screens, mobile and web
- How buyers explore
- Tap, click or swipe to move through apartments and amenities
- Best for
- Sales-office presentations and sharing with buyers who explore from home
ARTEvr
- Experience
- Fully immersive virtual reality
- Runs on
- Standalone VR headsets (Meta Quest)
- How buyers explore
- Look around and move through the spaces in VR
- Best for
- High-impact moments in the sales office and at events
Together, they give the sales team the right tool for every buyer: a detailed, shareable walkthrough on any screen, and an immersive VR experience for those who want to step inside.
What we did
The build, step by step
- 01
Drawings and inputs
We gathered the architectural drawings, apartment layouts, amenity plans and finish specifications from the client.
- 02
3D modelling
Our 3D team built an accurate, to-scale model of the towers, apartments, amenities and site.
- 03
Interiors and materials
We applied the specified finishes, furniture layouts and décor to bring each apartment to life.
- 04
Lighting and environment
We added natural light, landscaping and surroundings to give every view a true sense of place.
- 05
Interactive builds
We built the ARTEviz walkthrough for screens and the ARTEvr experience for VR headsets from the same model.
- 06
Handover and training
We delivered both builds, user manuals and a training session, so the client's sales team can run demonstrations independently.
The experience
Buyers explore Trinity at their own pace, and the sales team can show any space in seconds.
For the buyer — a buyer chooses an apartment, walks from the living room to the bedrooms and balconies, and heads out to the amenities. They stop wherever they like, look closer at the finishes, and return to any space as often as they want. In VR, they step inside and experience the scale of each room first-hand.
For the sales team — there is no more pausing and scrubbing through videos. A salesperson takes the buyer straight to the apartment, view or amenity they ask about and answers questions in context. The same walkthrough can be shared with buyers who are exploring from home, so every prospect gets the full picture.
What was handed over
One 3D model of Eldeco Trinity, delivered as two builds plus everything the client team needs to run them.
- Accurate, to-scale 3D model of the towers, apartments, amenities and site
- Specified finishes, furniture layouts and décor applied across every apartment
- Natural light, landscaping and surroundings, so every view has a true sense of place
- ARTEviz interactive walkthrough for PC, touch screens, mobile and web
- ARTEvr immersive build for standalone Meta Quest headsets
- User manuals for both platforms
- Training session for the client sales team
What changed
ARTEviz and ARTEvr changed how Eldeco Trinity is sold, from passive viewing to interactive exploration.
- Faster selling — buyers understand the project in a single session, reaching a decision sooner than with traditional brochures and videos.
- Complete freedom to explore — buyers see exactly what they are buying, at their own pace, from every angle.
- Smoother sales presentations — the team shows any apartment or amenity instantly, with no frustrating video navigation.
- Stronger remote engagement — buyers at home receive an interactive experience instead of a static brochure.
- A premium brand impression — the presentation reflects the quality of a luxury Eldeco development.
